Lok Satta Party's leader and 2014 AP assembly candidate Dilip Sankarreaddy will be the key speaker at Harvard Business School


Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School of Government have
invited the global finance executive cum social worker turned
Hyderabad-based politician Dilip Sankarreddy of Lok Satta Party to speak at
the prestigious Harvard India Conference, which will be held at Boston,
USA, on March 9th and 10th.

Harvard India Conference is the most influential among the India-focussed
summits globally. The theme of this year Harvard India Conference is - “India
vs. India: Local Strength vs. Global Growth” and Dilip Sankarreddy will
speak on the topic -* **“Politics as a vocation: Pathways for young people
to ennoble Indian politics”*. While previous participants in this
conference include Amartya Sen, P. Chidambaram and Navin Jindal, luminaries
such as Sam Pitroda are participating in this year's conference.

Dilip Sankarreddy is a member of the National Council and National Steering
Committee of Lok Satta Party. He is Lok Satta Party's candidate
from Malkajgiri Assembly Constituency, Hyderabad city, Andhra Pradesh,
India for 2014 elections. In 2012, he quit his professional job in the U.S.
to work for the people in India full-time and to lead by example to inspire
the best and the brightest to enter politics to serve the nation. The
Harvard invitation is a recognition of his initiative for people-centered
politics and his campaigning practices.

Dilip is the winner of World Bank India Development Marketplace Award 2007
for providing innovative lighting solutions to tribals and nomads across
India and his work has been recognized by various universities and
governments. As a political worker, he has taken up various issues
concerning urban development and has talked about environment and
sustainable development at many international conferences and forums since
2004. Dilip Sankarreddy holds an MBA degree from the reputed University of
Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to relocating to Malkajgiri,
Hyderabad, he worked in corporate strategy, corporate finance, global sales
and marketing, and product development in telecommunications and education
